Bin hire is for 7 days and includes delivery and pick up from site (additional hire can be arranged. If required, please contact us to discuss further).
Rates do not include disposal of any hazardous materials such as asbestos (we can arrange asbestos removal and disposal if required).
Each skip bin size includes an allowable weight/category as detailed above; additional weight will be charged at time of tipping if weight exceeds limits. Additional charges apply.
We do not accept liquids or oils in our skip bins. If you need to have liquids or oils removed, we can arrange this separately for you.
Rates shown do not include disposal of tyres or mattresses; we can supply rates on request for disposal of these items.

In the interest of public and environmental safety, we are not permitted to carry an unsafe load. Bins must be safely filled and level with the upper rim, so that they can be tied down and covered.
What are some tips to get the most out of my bin space?
To get the most out of your bin space, it is recommended that you:
- Place soil and concrete in first with bulkier items on top.
- If possible, allow green waste to wilt down for a day or two, which will take up less space. Where feasible, cut down branches etc to fit easily inside the bin.
- Place large flat items on top (i.e., timber and iron).
How far ahead do I need to book my bin?

As much notice as possible is preferable if you wish to have the bin delivered at a specific time on a specific date. Generally, if we are notified first thing in the morning, we can usually have the bin to you either that day or the following day, depending on bin availability.
What payment options are available?

Payment is required on or prior to delivery. Payment methods include cash, cheque, credit card and direct deposit (cheques should be made payable to Port Stephens Bins). Bank details can be obtained by calling our office on 0408 616 674. Our drivers can accept cash or cheque. If you are unable to be present for delivery and payment of the bin, prior arrangements can be made when booking your bin. Accounts are available only to licensed builders, tradespeople or registered businesses on approval.
